Yes, we have a new logo and a newly refreshed website. We are working hard to make sure these cosmetic details support a much larger strategic drive to be your Trusted Partner for product decoration. We don’t want to just talk the talk. We want to show you how we walk the walk.
To this end, CER and our sister brands in the Industrial Solutions Group (IDS) conducted a comprehensive brand study. We asked hundreds of customers and employees about what matters most to them. We asked about our strengths and our weaknesses. Over the course of more than a year – we carefully mapped out this feedback to develop programs to best support customer needs. All road led us to doubling down on our commitment to be a Trusted Partner for our customers.
We don’t want to focus on a marketing campaign. It is not our intention to talk about Trusted Partner. Instead, we are working on dozens of exciting, innovative projects across every department of our business to help you see and experience our commitment to earning Trusted Partner status in your eyes.
