A majority of our systems are custom-made. We carefully tailor each element to meet the specific requirements of your product (substrate, geometry, volume, artwork, etc.). We also work closely with partners to integrate material handling elements like loading and unloading systems in order to provide a total solution.
For projects on a tight timeline, we also offer select models from inventory. The “base” (or standard components) of our most popular systems are ready for purchase. We can adjust these bases adding custom tooling, material handling, vision systems, foil advance and other elements. Turn around for an inventory solution can be as fast as 12-16 weeks, compared to 25-30 weeks for a fully custom system.

For projects on a tight timeline and tight budget, second-hand systems can be a perfect solution. We buy back our best-selling models then refurbish for second-hand use. Steps often include – complete disassemble, cleaning, painting, and updating all motors and software before reassembling. Second-hand systems can then be updated with custom tooling and all required features. Turnaround for second-hand systems can be done as quickly as 12-16 weeks often at savings of up to 30% compared to custom new systems. We offer a 6-month warranty on second hand systems.
For projects requiring flexibility, equipment rentals can be an ideal solution. Customers can rent a standard “base” version of our most popular system with an option to purchase or return at the end of the rental period. All customized options that are customized to your application such as material handling, tooling and other peripherals need to be purchased. This option can be available in as little as 12-16 weeks depending on availability and complexity.

For projects requiring an existing line be overhauled to accommodate the decoration of a different part, strategic equipment retrofits can be an ideal solution. Our expert team can disassemble and rebuild your existing CER system to meet the requirements of your new projects. This can often be done in as little as 12-15 weeks. This approach can generate up to 50% cost savings compared to a new system purchase (dependent on project complexity). We offer a 6-month warranty on retrofitted systems.
